This Friday on Forte' (October 3 , 9AM-11AM)- We're talking to singer MARK OSEGUEDA of DEATH ANGEL! Yea we've been a fan of these vintage bay area thrashers since 1987 and we're so glad that they came out with this killer record called "Killing Season". Find out from Mark how this record came together and what it took to get them back out on the road again. Great energy. Great writing. Great band!

WRUW Broadcasting at Full Strength!

After a few agonizing days "off the air", we are happy to announce we are once again broadcasting at full power!  While one of our key transmission components is out for repair, we were able to dust off some of our older equipment to get us broadcasting again in the interim.  

Thanks for your patience during the downtime ... and thanks to the efforts of our always-resourceful and all-volunteer technical repair crew! 

We did maintain our regular schedule of shows by continuing our broadcasts over the internet.  If you missed one of your favorite shows between Wednesday September 17 and Saturday, September 20, you can download the archives by visiting:

WRUW Currently Broadcasting Only on the Internet

As of September 17, 2008, around 12:00 noon, WRUW is broadcasting only over the internet.  We have ceased our normal over-the-air broadcasts because of technical repairs.  A key component of our transmission system has had a component failure and is being repaired.  We expect to resume normal broadcasting over the airwaves the week of September 22nd.
